At 11:30 a.m. on April 2, 2017, an employee was felling a tree with a diameter of 91 inches at the base of the trunk. The employee fell approximately 28 feet to the paved asphalt and struck his head on the ground. The employee was killed from blunt force trauma to the head and neck.
