Summary Nr: 98778.015 Event: 04/12/2017Employee Falls From Tree And Is Killed
At 11:30 a.m. on April 2, 2017, an employee was felling a tree with a diameter o f 91 inches at the base of the trunk. The employee fell approximately 28 feet t o the paved asphalt and struck his head on the ground. The employee was killed from blunt force trauma to the head and neck.
