Employee run over by a truck and dies

On August 29, 2003, Employee #1 was waiting at the truck parking lot with a load attached to his tractor. The coworker pulled up with his tractor without a load attached. The coworker was to take the load from Employee #1. He moved his tractor to get into position to back under the load. The coworker waited but could not find Employee #1. He exited his vehicle to look for Employee #1 and found him on the ground apparently run over by the coworker. Employee #1 was pronounced dead at the scene.
