Employee fatally collides with a roof overhang

On November 15, 1999, Employee #1 was occupying a lift bucket that was raised towards the roof of a building in order for him to conduct maintenance. As he moved towards the roof, he misjudged the roof overhang and collided with it. The impact resulted in injures to his thoracic cavity that were fatal.
