Two carpenters injured in fall when scaffold pole fails

Employees #1 and #2, both carpenters, were working from a 20 ft high pump jack scaffold. A spliced vertical wooden pole failed and they fell. Employees #1 and #2 sustained serious injuries, for which they were hospitalized.
