Employee killed when run over by backing truck

Employee #1, a laborer, was assisting the operator of a grade-all with cleanup. A semi-dump truck was slowly backing between the grade-all and the road curb. Employee #1 apparently walked behind the grade-all and into the path of the backing truck. He was struck by the semi-dump track and run over. Employee #1 died of massive internal injuries. The back-up alarm on the truck was functioning.
