Employees injured from exposure to concrete sealer

A contractor applied a concrete sealer to the floor in a new part of the building on April 21 and 22, 1999. Several employees working nearby become ill upon breathing the vapors. The employees were removed from the area. All of the employees were treated and released. The employer agreed to apply the sealer after work hours.
