Employee Falls from Roof; Dies from Injuries

At approximately 12:00 p.m. on December 31, 2001, Employee #1, a framer, was sheathing a roof with an 8 in 12 pitch with no slide guards or fall protection when he slipped on a patch of ice. The employee fell approximately 11.5 feet and died from his injuries on January 11, 2002.
