ELECTRIC SHOCK - CONTACT WITH OVERHEAD LINE THRU LADDER

An employee was cutting holes in a downspout of a gutter system that had just been installed for an apartment complex. While the employee was carrying a 9.8-meter extension ladder, it contacted an overhead power line that was near the building. The employee was electrocuted.
