BURN - ELECTRICAL FAULT IN PANELBOARD

An electrician was installing cable in a panelboard. The cable slipped from his hands and contacted an energized busbar. This caused an electrical fault, and the employee was burned by the ensuing electric arc. He was hospitalized with second and third degree burns to his hands and forearms.
