Employee killed when caught in conveyor

Employee #1 was standing beside a wooden slat conveyor that was moving furniture through the finishing department, sanding a piece of furniture known as a highboy. He had one foot on the side of the conveyor. His foot slipped and became caught in the area between the end of one conveyor and the start of the other conveyor. Employee #1 was killed.
