On May 20, 2003, Employee #1 was pulling away from a dock area when the air lines he had forgotten to disconnect from the trailer came loose, shot back through the opening on the passenger side of the yard goat and struck the employee over his right eye knocking him unconscious. Employee #1 was hospitalized for his injuries.
