Employee Killed By Falling Tree

On May 23, 2003, Employee #1, the owner of the company, and several coworkers were cutting down trees. Apparently, a tree fell on top of Employee #1. At the time of the accident, one employee heard Employee #1's saw idling for too long of a period. He investigated the idling saw and found Employee #1 dead on the ground with the tree on top of his back. No witnesses observed this accident.
