Employee Is Killed When Truck Hits Tree

Employee #1 worked for a logging contractor as a truck driver. Employee #1 was driving a water truck on his way to load water into the water tank on the truck. For an unknown reason the water truck ran off the left side of the Forest Service road and struck a tree. Employee #1 was killed when the truck struck the tree head on.
