Employee is injured in fall from scaffold

On July 15, 2003, an employee was installing drywall on the ceiling while standing on a standard scaffolding plank connecting two separate rolling scaffolds. The employee stepped back and lost the footing, falling between the wall and scaffolding. He sustained a broken left wrist and ankle after falling 16 ft. The employee was hospitalized for four days.
