ELECTRIC SHOCK - DIRECT CONTACT WITH ENERGIZED PARTS

A power line worker was reconnecting fuses in a transformer cabinet. He contacted energized parts within the cabinet, received an electric shock, and was knocked unconscious. He was revived at site and then hospitalized for his injury.
