Employees suffers amputation of the thumb
At approximately 5:49 p.m. on December 11, 1998, a 22-year-old cashier/food server suffered an amputation to her left thumb while she was cleaning a semi-automatic fresh orange juicing machine. Paramedics applied first aid and took the injured employee to the hospital where emergency surgery was performed.
