Investigation Summary
On February 1, 2004, Employee #1 was cutting galvanized pipe while standing on a ladder at a construction site. When a pipe section fell, it struck him, causing him to fall approximately 6 ft to a concrete floor. He was hospitalized at Kern Medical Center for a head contusion and two fractured vertebrae.
