Investigation Summary
On October 29 2003, was picking olives while standing on a ladder. Employee #1 grabbed onto a small branch and pulled it toward her, but the branch was broken and loose. So, when she pulled it, she lost her balance and fell approximately 6 feet to the ground. Employee #1 suffered a lower back fracture and was taken to a hospital for emergency treatment.
