Employee injured when truck rolls over him

At approximately 6:10 a.m. on November 26, 2003, Employee #1, a laborer, was working at a dairy which was under construction. He pulled his pickup truck off the road to enter the jobsite and got out to unlock the access gate. As he was unlocking the gate, his truck rolled forward, and ran over him. Coworkers who were in a truck behind ran to help. One coworker got in the rolling truck and put on the brake, and noted the gear shift was between neutral and drive. Employee #1 received multiple fractures.
