Employee injures arm in fall from ladder

At 8:30 a.m. on August, 13, 2004, Employee #1 was using an 8 ft tall fiberglass ladder to install electrical wires for a speaker. The ladder apparently tilted to the right and he fell approximately 4 ft to the ground. Employee #1 sustained a serious injury to his right arm and he was transported to Northridge Hospital, where he was treated for three days. The ladder was in good condition. At the time of the accident, it was fully extended and placed on a smooth, level concrete floor.
