Employee injured while removing debris

At approximately 9:00 a.m. on December 16, 2002, Employee #1, working for a concrete contractor, was removing wood debris so he could build a wall between the yards of two houses. He was working in the backyard of one of the houses when lost his footing. As he tried to grab onto a chain-link fence, he twisted his ankle and broke his left leg. He was hospitalized with his injuries.
