Laborer falls from aerial lift fracturing right leg

On April 5, 2001, a laborer, working for McKenzie Electric was in an elevated aerial device changing lighting. The aerial was positioned on a flat concrete surface. The concrete surface suddenly shifted to a dirt surface, then into a light pole. The surface tipped over on its left side falling to the ground. The laborer sustained a fractured right leg.
