Employee's Arm Fractured in Milling Machine

Employee #1 was adjusting the spray nozzles on a Matusura Vertical 500 milling machine. She reached into the milling machine cabinet without shutting it down and was struck by the drill. Employee #1 sustained broken bones and lacerations to her left arm. She had nnot shut down and locked out the machine to make the adjustments. At the time of the accident, Employee #1 had worked at the Hewlett-Packard manufacturing plant for 18 years.
