Employee's fingers amputated after crushed by machine

Employee #1 was clearing material jams at the transfer chain of an Interlake material stacker moving units of lumber. The side stop fell, crushing Employee #1's fingers, which were later amputated. The transfer chain to the packaging wrap area was reasonably clean, and clear of any debris.
