Employee's leg fractured when struck by stack of drywall

At approximately 11:00 a.m. on June 24, 1998, Employee #1, of Alert Insulation Company, was moving a stack of 8 by 4 by 1/2 drywall from inside a passageway to install it in the open spaces of a hallway. The sheets fell against Employee #1, fracturing his leg.
