ELECTRIC SHOCK - CONTACT WITH OVERHEAD LINE THRU STREETLIGHT

An employee was guiding a streetlighting pole into place. The pole was being positioned by a truck-mounted crane. The top of pole contacted an overhead power line, and the employee received an electric shock. He was hospitalized for his injuries.
