Employee's fingertips injured in trash compactor

Employee #1 loaded a trash bag into the trash compactor and began the compacting cycle. He saw the trash bag falling out of compactor and instinctively reached out to push it in. Employee #1's fingertips were injured when they became caught in the compacting mechanism.
