Employee's finger amputated in production line equipment

Employee #1, of Hunt Wesson, noted that there were no cans on the can line and took advantage of the break in production to clean up. Employee #1 says that she knew she should have shut off the machine to clean it, but instead she reacted impulsively and reached into the star. Employee #1's finger was amputated.
