Investigation Summary
On October 28, 2007, a home owner and his girlfriend were grading their back yard. The girlfriend was operating a tractor with a drag attached. While turning up hill with the drag attached, the tractor nose went up into the air and the tractor flipped onto the drag, crushing the girlfriend. The girlfriend died from her injuries the same day. There was no Employer/Employee relationship, and therefore no jurisdiction for an investigation.
