Employee Sustains Concussion in Fall from Roof

Employee #1 had been tasked to do some minor repairs on the roof of the "processing lane outback brand shack area". Employee #1 climbed up and was walking on the metal roof when he stepped on a plastic section of the roof. Employee #1 fell through feet-first, landing first on the top rail of metal fencing then fell down striking the back of his head on the cement ground. Employee #1 sustained a concussion and was hospitalized.
