Employee's Leg Bone Is Chipped by Weed Eater

On April 24, 2008, Employee #1 was handing a weed eater to another employee, and the weed eater hit him in the leg. Employee #1 was taken to the hospital for his injuries, which included a bone chip to his right femur. Employee #1 was hospitalized for five days.
