Employee Fractures Wrist in Fall from Roof

On July 28, 2008, Employee #1 was working on a roof at a residence. He was working on the front left corner of the roof. He was injured when he fell approximately 11 ft to the ground below. He sustained a fractured left wrist and was hospitalized for three days for treatment of his injury.
