Employee Is Injured in Fall from Rolling Scaffold

Employee #1 was working from 6-foot-high rolling scaffold. The scaffold was fully planked and the wheels were locked. As the employee stepped off the scaffold platform, he fell to the ground. He suffered an unidentified fracture and was hospitalized.
