Employee Sustains Head Injury in Fall Out of Truck Cabin

On January 13, 2009, Employee #1 was working in the cab of a truck. He fell backwards out of the truck, hitting his head against the ground. Employee #1 sustained a concussion and subdurmal hematoma. Employee #1 was hospitalized for six days.
