Investigation Summary
On September 12, 2006, Employee #1 was working as a painter for a contractor. He was standing on a metal extension ladder, painting the edges of a window on a two-story home. Apparently the ladder moved, and Employee #1 lost his balance and fell approximately 12 to 13 feet to the cement below. He sustained a fractured left wrist and injuries to his left foot and lower back. He was not hospitalized.
