Employee Is Injured in Fall from Roof

On August 24, 2006, Employee #1 was using an 8 ft A-frame fiber glass ladder to replace windows. He bent over to climb off the roof on to the ladder and fell approximately 8.5 ft to the concrete sidewalk. He sustained a broken clavicle, fractured ribs, punctured lung and a minor head injury and was hospitalized.
