Employee 's Fingers Tips Amputated by Table Saw Blade

On March 17, 2005, an employee cutting interior door panels on a sliding table saw, was injured when the panel kicked back pulling the employee's hand into the saw blade amputating the three fingertips of his left hand. The employee was transported to a Medical Center where his fingers were reattached.
