Employee Fell and Broke Her Ankle

At approximately 3:30 a.m. on July 16, Employee #1 was walking in the hallway during her break and slipped on the floor, causing her to fall and fracture her left ankle in two places. At the time of the accident, the hallway was clear of obstructions, dirt, water and debris. Employee #1 was admitted to the hospital early that morning and had surgery that afternoon.
