Employee injured when tractor overturns

On May 15, 2002, Employee #1 was driving a tractor pulling a trailer loaded with an irrigation pipe on a dirt road. He turned left at the end of the road and lost control. He careened down a ravine embankment and the tractor came to a rest upright against a walnut tree. Employee #1 was hospitalized with fractures to both feet and his right ribs as well as a laceration to the forehead.
