Employee Is Hospitalized for Heat Exhaustion

On July 10, 2002, Employee #1 worked almost a full shift outdoors setting up forms on a day where the temperature reached a 109 degrees Fahrenheit. He suffered heat exhaustion because he did not maintain his hydration with the available water and Gatorade. His body cramped and he was given IV fluids and hospitalized.
