Investigation Summary
On November 20, 2007, Employee #1 was pruning walnut trees in a walnut grove, located in Hanford, California. He was using a weld craft industry powered pruning stand and was working approximately 20 ft to 22 ft above the ground. During this pruning operation Employee #1 fell out of the basket and hit the ground with his head. Employee #1 died before the paramedics arrived. He was taken to the Kings Company morgue for autopsy.
