Employee Suffers Broken Lower Leg And Ankle

Employee #1 works in an office environment. Employee #1 was in the bathroom. When Employee #1 got off the toilet, she slipped and fell breaking her right leg, ankle, and foot. No obvious sign of water or other slippery substances were present. Employee #1's accident was not a result of any job function she was performing. Employee #1 was hospitalized for her injuries.
