Employee injured in fall to concrete driveway

Employee #1, of Affordable Roofing, Inc., was nailing fascia on the roof edge of a three-story apartment. He fell, sustaining a broken neck and back and punctured lungs. No equipment was involved in the accident. The cause of the accident was failure of the employer to provide fall protection to roofers working at a height of more than 20 ft.
