Employee #1, of HNR Framing System, Inc., was on a roof nailing 4 by 8 plywood for roof base. He slipped while picking up a piece of plywood and fell 18 ft to the ground. Employee #1 was hospitalized for the treatment of a fractured left elbow, fractured left wrist, bruised left pelvis, and a dislocated back.
