EMPLOYEE TRIPPED AND FELL AND FRACTURED BOTH UPPER ARMS

Employee #1 was reporting to work. She tripped on a door mat at the entrance to the administrative building. Employee #1 fell to the concrete surface and received fractures to both upper arms. The employee received medical attention at a local Hospital and was released. The area where she tripped did not have any recognized hazards.
