Investigation Summary
Employee #1, a regular, full-time employee of ADT Security Systems, was installing a security system at the construction site for the Home Town Buffet Restaurant. He was stringing wire and standing beside six sheets of 4 ft by 12 ft drywall stacked on edge. The job superintendent was trying to move the drywall in order to free a snagged pull wire when the drywall fell on Employee #1, breaking his left leg.
