Employee finger tip amputated in slicer

On February 15, 1994, Employee #1 was using a food processor to slice some meat in preparation of a meal. While the food was inserted into the processor Employee #1 used her fingers instead of the plunger to push the food through the processor. As a result of the accident Employee #1 received an amputation of the right 3rd finger tip 0.5 cm for which she was hospitalized.
