Employee injured when struck by high-pressure hydraulic hose

At 7:45 a.m. on February 8, 1996, Employee #1 was struck across the chest by a 1 in. high-pressure hydraulic hose that pulled loose from a factory crimp hydraulic fitting. He suffered bruises to the chest and was taken to St. Mary's Hospital, where he was held overnight for observation.
