Summary Nr: 170694426 Event: 01/08/1993Employee Paralyzed In Fall From Roof
Employee #1 was told to seal a gutter leak on a 2 story house. He used his own extension ladder to climb onto the roof edge. He cleaned and caulked the eaves on the gutter before falling. He cannot remember the fall or how he fell. Employee #1 is paralyzed from the neck down.
