Investigation Summary
Employee #1, a van driver, was taking home a farm labor crew that had worked the night shift picking tomatoes at Terra Linde Farms. A trailer truck hauling tomatoes made a U-turn in the middle of the road and the van struck the front left side of the truck's second trailer. Employee #1 was killed. It was still dark at the time of the accident.
